Y2K conversion

The project was supervised in full through the analysis, changeover, and module and process testing phases.  The analysis was supported by automatic data/process flow and filter analyses, as well as an interactive database for documenting the project work across phases. The analysis tools were developed in VBA (analysis, presentation) and PL/I (extractors). The programs identified as problematic using the above-mentioned tools were examined by employees and evaluated using predefined problem categories. According to these evaluations, the programs were converted in the next phase. Testing was largely carried out by the customer, although PTA created the test plan with the help of the analysis tools.
