Like many other municipal utilities, our customer is facing the challenge of digital transformation. Today's energy customers are able to use comparison portals on the Internet to select their service providers and switch providers easily. The company therefore wants to increase customer focus. Within the framework of an initial workshop, both the actual process within the framework of'energy services' as well as the target process to be redefined are recorded and the focus is placed on the customer.

For the process recording, Event Storming method is used, in which the Big Picture analysis is conducted on the basis of business events. The method is derived from Domain Driven Design (DDD).
Subject description
In the context of digital transformation, the process of 'energy services' is to be analysed initially. First, the ACTUAL process is started. The TARGET process is then modeled. The follow-up project can be initiated on the basis of the TARGET process modeling.
