A Windows app was designed and created for mobile use in the Microsoft Dynamics CRM environment. The concept won over the Microsoft jury in the Partner Network and the resultant cooperation ensures high-quality development with the new Windows principles. The project covers all phases, from initiation through to rollout in the Windows Store.
Supplement
The 'Windows App Competition' was launched in the context of the Microsoft CRM Partner Network with the aim of supporting new ideas from partners and creating high-quality apps for the Windows Store. PTA's concept came out ahead of numerous other submissions and convinced Microsoft. During the collaboration, the PTA team was trained directly by Microsoft in Windows 8.1 UX Design principles and Microsoft also oversaw development. Microsoft will be presenting the CRM Field Service Buddy at CeBIT 2014.
Subject description
The CRM Field Service Buddy is the daily companion for field staff in the Microsoft Dynamics CRM environment. With the mobile solution, field staff can carry out their work on-site with a mobile device. In addition to customer information with card integration, scheduling and task management, this app can be used to create a service report on the service performed and material consumed.
