Brief description
New development of a web-based application to record promotional orders from end customers.
Supplement
Using the ISAPI C++ web technology, which is used on an IIS 4.0, different input masks are provided to authenticate the user and receive the order data. Visual Studio C++ 6.0 is used as the development environment. The order data is stored in a MS SQL-Server 6.5 database.
Subject description
Promotional orders are pre-defined promotional order slips where the customer only has to fill in the customer number, quantity and unit of measure. During data entry on the website, the order data is validated at the same time.
