User training for a CRM and scheduling tool

The application can be used to record all relevant customer data and transactions with the customers. This includes: maintaining relevant customer data (master data, contact persons, etc.); planning customer activities and recording them after the event; maintaining price agreements; creating quotations on the basis of applicable price lists and price agreements; recording and maintaining project locations of the customers and the associated involvements. In addition, the tool is used to schedule the devices to be leased. This includes: viewing the leasing status of all existing devices on a scheduling plan; creating and editing orders and invoices; recording and editing reservations, workshop days, and standstill days; outputting transport lists and delivery lists on the basis of the planned device deployments by means of the system.
