The customers wishes to make its CRM application, tailored to the specific requirements of the media sector, available to the French-speaking market. A high-quality, functionally and technically correct translation of the training documents is a key element in the expansion strategy. This project involves translation by native speakers.

The translation is carried out with the help of MS Office products. The 7 original files are available in Word format. The translated files are returned in Word format. The Word documents are compared automatically against the keyword list (MS Excel) with the help of VBA macros. In addition, open-source text analysis tools (e.g. TextSTAT) were analyzed for possible use.
Subject description
The training documents describe in detail the administration of subscriptions and individual orders in the media sector using the customer's CRM application. This includes maintaining customers, addresses, deliveries, payments, cancelations and accounting. Added to this are media-specific topics, such as subscription premiums, subsequent deliveries, remissions and open contests. Screenshots are used to describe GUI controls, functions and processes. The training documents are intended to help French-speaking end users understand and operate the German-language application.
