Testing processing feasibility of standardized retail products before their launch

Brief description
When standardizing retail products that are to be sold by the company, the processing feasibility must be tested within the existing organization and IT landscape. This is done in laboratory conditions using existing or created process clusters from sales agreement to created invoice with participants in the involved departments.

Interviews for creating the process cluster, building testing documentation for further runs, measurement methods, interface analysis, support for runs (documentation, time measurement, formatting of results, lessons learned).
