Brief description
Support services are provided within the scope of the operation of the Microsoft Dynamics CRM application developed and configured for the customer in its current release status (Application as a Service). For this purpose, PTA provides a service organization based on ITIL V3.
Supplement
Support in securing application functionalities and defining and handling access and role authorizations for the respective applications. The framework conditions for support and reaction times and other service contents are regulated in a support agreement.
Subject description
The customer uses the CRM system to efficiently support customer-related processes in the areas of prospect and enquiry management, customer and contact data management, sales and contract process, installation, repair and incident management. The CRM system is used to centrally control sales and to map the forecast.
