The customer exchanges the infrastructure providers while simultaneously building a centralized test management with SpiraTeam. The PTA employees provide support both in the composition of the test management in Spira and in the course of the project 'Transition Infrastructure'.
Subject description
The customer is supported by the PTA employees in structuring, organization, tracking and planning of the test management for the complex project. In particular, coordinating the various service providers and timing the tests are a challenge for the project.
