The client introduced a SAP HANA System with the Application Simple Finance. The aim is to realize the processes of its Austrian affiliate Company and the German Holding Company. The Client use extensively the SAP module CS (Customer Service). As a result, the processes are very complex in the area of FI/CO. The SAP Standard processes are not sufficient to meet the Business requirements. Therefore, it is necessary to enlarge the SAP logic by the different Enhancement techniques, e.g. Enhancement or to implement customer programs to close the gap.
