Support for EEG amendment 2006

Brief description
In the context of amendments to the Renewable Energy Sources Act, support is to be provided for mapping new transactions in the in-house software. According to the amendment, all network operators have to settle to specific plants. The tasks include refactoring measures and new developments in the in-house "EEG software", as well as conceptual activities for forwarding data quantities to the higher-level network operator.
Supplement
The technical basis for the in-house "EEG software" is the .Net framework and an Oracle database. The application is developed in VB.Net.
Subject description
The conceptual activity includes defining the requirements in the form of use case descriptions, designing the application using draft screens, and a database model.
