Support services in the area of hardware and software problems of a Microsoft Dynamics CRM application that maps a digital consulting process for company pension plans.
Supplement
Provide Microsoft Dynamics CRM certified resources to accept and resolve all support requests related to the Microsoft Dynamics CRM system. The activities include the administration of the Microsoft Dynamics CRM system to ensure availability according to the current service catalog. In particular, but not exclusively, the following are affected: setting up users, securing interface functionalities, securing application functionalities and determining and processing access and role authorisations for the respective applications, etc. At the customer's request, configuration changes in the Microsoft Dynamics CRM system (e.g. authorizations, rules, workflows) are also carried out, as is support in eliminating malfunctions and clarifying application problems.
Subject description
The web application, which uses MS CRM functions to map a consulting process for occupational pension provision (bAV), was developed with the support of another service provider, but was not fully completed. It will be further developed and optimized as part of the support provided by PTA.
