The core of this project is the organizational implementation of a central communication platform. On the one hand, this includes planning and restructuring of the entire technical infrastructure in coordination with the computer center. On the other hand, organization is divided into central departments in order to implement a basic concept for controlling authorization management in combination with the required reorganization of the active directory.

Sharepoint is to be implemented in the following areas, in particular: - Improvement of project cooperation - Setup of a company-internal social network with personal Web pages, blogs, newsfeeds, follow-up functions - Replacement of an intranet portal (content, forum, wiki) - Document management (check out/in, versioning, metadata management) - Expansion and improvement of the search function
