This project supervises and organizes outsourcing of a financial department to Budapest in a shared service center.
Supplement
In various workshops, discussions are held on which tasks can be usefully outsourced and which ones should remain the responsibility of the local financial department. Various training courses are also arranged for employees of the shared service center. In addition, IT solutions are provided to simplify work for employees in this 'shared service world' .
