Two company groups in a corporation are merged. As a result, an overall concept is drawn up for a new IT structure, including both the hardware and the software. This is based, on the one hand, on one day as-is analyses in selected group companies and, on the other, on a target concept created in parallel for one company for which a detailed as-is analysis has already been carried out.
