Selection and planning of the introduction of HCM software
Project duration: 4 months
Brief description
The client is planning to digitalise its HR department and would like to introduce a modern HCM solution (Human Capital Management) with the components Time & Attendance, Absence, Compensation & Benefits, Talent Acquisition, Talent Management, Succession Management, Performance Review, Learning and potentially others. PTA supports the selection and implementation plan with project, architecture and technology expertise.
Supplement
As part of the current IT strategy and digitalisation of the entire group, an HCM suite will be introduced for the HR management of the head office and Germany and optionally for national and international subsidiaries. The core HCM module will be introduced internationally at all subsidiaries to standardise group reporting. As part of this project, a number of pre-selected products and implementation service providers are subjected to an RfP process and the solution and implementation partners are determined and the final contracts and conditions are agreed. PTA provides an enterprise architect who advises and coordinates the selection process with expertise on the customer's existing IT landscape, alignment to IT strategy, project know-how and as a technical liaison to in-house IT, IT providers, implementation partners, specialist consulting and solution vendors.
Subject description
The project serves to digitalise the HR department of the parent company and to ensure up-to-date and integrated HR reporting across all companies and employees of the group. The solution is to be implemented as SaaS within the framework of the client's current IT and cloud strategy. The existing SAP Payroll is to be fully integrated, Payroll solutions of the subsidiaries via file transfer if necessary. All integration must be done via standard interfaces if possible. The use of middleware or individual integration solutions is to be avoided. A migration scenario of the inventory data from legacy systems should only serve the legal and regulatory requirements.
