Questions and problems in the context of the entire SAP application used which cannot be resolved by the in-house IT are clarified in the context of support. The SAP R/3 system supported runs as Release 4.7 (Enterprise). The SAP modules FI, AA, IM and CO are used.

The tasks in the context of support are related to all used modules. A high level of technical expertise is expected and it is required that contact is made directly with the relevant departments. Support is provided from the business premises which have remote access to the test system of the customer, or if required on-site at the customer.
