SAP integration scenarios for C4C – HCI – ERP – CRM

Brief description
In an integration scenario, SAP C4C, SAP ERP 6.0 and SAP CRM are connected. To achieve this, the HCI integration service from the SAP Hana Cloud platform is used. It is used to map a quotation process from C4C that uses master data from SAP ERP and finally results in a sales order that is processed in SAP ERP.

For the scenario, the PTA's SAP system environment is connected to the components that SAP offers in the cloud, the CRM solution C4C and the HCI integration platform (SAP Hana Cloud platform, integration service). The OData log from SAP is also used.
Subject description
In C4C, a quotation is created with multiple items. The articles are priced using the conditions created in SAP ERP. After the customer approves the quotation, a sales order is generated in C4C, and it is then forwarded to SAP ERP for further processing.
