SAP global template roll-out for the EMEA region (approx. 25 countries)

Brief description
As part of a harmonization program, a global SAP template system based on best practice experiences is rolled out for all sales and distribution companies in the EMEA region (26 countries). The template includes the MM, SD/SM FI/CO and BW modules.
Supplement
In 'FIT gap workshops' the issues, that are required by the local business, but are not included in the template are worked out. In addition, training courses are held for the various modules in the countries, in which SAP is being introduced for the first time.

PTA is responsible for the CO area, from customizing and programming through to training courses.
