SAP BW: QM key figures automation in India

Brief description
The most important key figures for global QM are still compiled manually for India. Where data are available in the regional ERP and BW systems, these data are extracted automatically in the project, transformed and loaded to the existing structures of the global BW.
Supplement
By adapting the functional logic of the regional structures and values, the KPIs that are already used in production in North America are determined in the regional BW system and made available to the global BW system.
Subject description
The KPIs relating to malfunction type, frequency and duration, as well as measured, materials affected, customers etc. are based on the message data, task data, delivery data and master data from the underlying regional SAP ERP.
