SAP BW: Project budget controlling

Reporting consists of master data reports for investment programs, projects, orders and settlement rules, and especially reports for evaluating budget utilizations (investment and expense projects). Historicization of master data and movement data represent a core aspect of the data model. This makes it possible, for example, to compare current project and order data with historic data, which increases transparency and improves budget control. Different processes and tools are implemented for the historicization:  Automated data historicization for master and movement data, management of historicization versions and data stocks, modification of historicized data by users.  Scope of reporting: around 20 reports, mostly with graphic reports (e.g. utilization and key figures for business areas and locations).
