SAP BW: Conversion to Global SAP BW on SAP HANA: Analysis and testing of SAP BW applications

The data are loaded from several SAP ERP source systems to a global SAP BW on SAP HANA system. Reporting for the data is performed at the global level. The collaboration covers the following main areas of emphasis: Analyzing data loading in the new and legacy systems; comparing key figures for InfoProviders and BEx queries in the new and legacy systems; analyzing the reasons for any differences in the key figures; parallel creation of a defect in HP Application Lifecycle Management (HP ALM) for further analysis of First Level SAP BW Support – India; monitoring defects and communication with the Defect Processor in HP ALM; solving critical defects – selective deletion of data from InfoCubes or DataStore objects; reloading data from the source systems or DataStore objects to the InfoCubes.
