Brief description
This project involves the implementation of an error root cause analysis (RCA) feature in an existing system used by the customer to monitor web applications. It should be possible to create reports whenever unexpected errors occur in applications. Reports can also be edited retrospectively. The reports should also be presented in a structured manner. These reports are then evaluated in a subsequent step in order to be able to make statements about error susceptibility and bug resolution performance.
Supplement
The reports consist of the following information: report details, incident details and the immediate response. In case of the creation of an report, an e-mail can be sent to users specified by the creator of the report.
Subject description
This part of the application is used to record faults in applications used by the customer and to document the corresponding errors and the measures taken to rectify them. The reports created are evaluated in order to be able to make statements about the susceptibility to errors and the performance of error resolution (bug resolution performance).
