Rollout workflow system for training and instruction

The workflow system maps the processing of examinations and instructions in the form of processes. The aim is to standardize the processes in the individual chambers and replace the currently used stand-alone solutions by centralizing operations. All tasks involved in a process can be viewed and processed by all administrators. The tasks to be dealt with in this process range from registration, examination planning and organisation to invoicing and preparation of the examination certificate. End customers, i. e. participants in an examination or instruction, are again given the opportunity to register online by integrating the software into the Chamber's website.
