Robotron introduction

Robotron*esales is a time series management system for sales and procurement. Using the core functions of the robotron*ecount EDM system, robotron*esales enables a closed process chain from procurement through to sales for energy suppliers. The system has component-based software architecture and provides a planning and decision-making basis using operative data. The individual system configuration is created from this basic system by activating specific components. Individually purchased licenses or functions form the basis of this activation. The application is developed using Oracle*Forms/web forms. The EDM server works on the basis of an Oracle10g database with integrated application logic. The EDM system is integrated into the customer's existing system landscape by implementing a series of interfaces. The central interface here is the master data interface from the system that manages the master data to EDM.
