Brief description
An existing high-throughput pre-analytical medical device lacks requirements documentation and a consolidated knowledge of its functionalities. The client has decided, this medical device is to enter the second life cycle. PTA is commissioned to reverse engineer this existing medical device on the level of technical requirements.
Supplement
For the successful completion of this reverse engineering project, PTA plans, coordinates, manages, and performs all steps: elicitation workshops, reviews of generated UML data flow and activity diagrams, generation of technical requirements and unit specifications, review rounds of the requirements, and the generation of the to-be-delivered technical requirements documents.
