A global acting customer has established a software-supported sales-planning process, that includes campaign planning and monitoring. It enables fast and efficient creation, validation and tracking of these campaigns. Due to changing global and regional processes, and certain change requests of the business Units, complex requirements are raised against the application. PTA acts as full service Provider, including projectmanagement, development, Quality assurance as well as business analyis and deployment. The current release is focused on the rollout of a store card.

The application is a client-server architecture, that is integrated in the customers operational environment. PTA is handling the Overall developement life cycle on its own infrastructure, including work management, source code and test management as well as different staging Systems. While testing is administered and executed with SpiraTeam, all other processes are supported by the use of Team Foundation Server. Quality assurance is also supported by the use of SonarQube for .NET development applying customer defined Quality rules.

In the promotional business of the retail trade, aspects of customer loyalty are becoming increasingly important. It is common nowadays to create further incentives for customers through targeted offers and additional discounts through loyalty cards.
