Requirements elicitation and effort estimation of medical software

During workshops and field observations, the product is analyzed and the customer requirements are defined. The analysis and the related results are presented to the customer and discussed. After the approval of the customer requirements, a possible architecture is sketched and handed over to the customer. Based on this, the project duration and project costs are estimated. As part of project planning, development processes, which have an impact on the expenses, are discussed and coordinated. Furthermore, the project is planned and estimated according to ISO 13485 / IEC 62304 compliant documentation and implementation.
