Subject description
The application supports the acquisition process, from entering personnel requisitions through to filling the vacancy with a suitable candidate. Internal job advertisements and/or ads in Internet job exchanges are possible. Evaluations provide information about job ads that are about to expire or have already expired and make it possible to monitor receipt of the requested documents. Incoming applications can be entered manually or transferred from an interface. The selection process is tracked through to the interviews. When the vacancy is filled, the conditions are entered for the contract offered, including an optional fringe benefits letter.
