Development of a prototype for a call center application based on the Microsoft Dynamics CRM standard software.

During the project, a call center application is created using .NET Framework 3.5 and Silverlight Framework 2.0. A WebService interface is used to exchange data between Microsoft Dynamics CRM 4.0 and the application server itself. This, in turn, provides a service that can be accessed by the Silverlight applications running on the clients in the browser.
Subject description
The application is used to record customer inquiries and complaints, as well as to process telemarketing promotions. Different communication channels (telephone, e-mail, letters and chat) are supported. To provide call center agents with the best possible support, customer data from the operative and analytical CRM system is displayed in a quick-access format.
