Project support for a web application for the digitization of business processes

Brief description
We support our customers in the digitization of administrative structures and the optimization of business processes. Existing manual processes are modeled and automated by means of the ERP system in use and the underlying process engine. The PTA supports the project organisation and the development of the team.
Supplement
The project is a new implementation of individual software with a modern technology stack consisting of JAVA, Spring Boot, Angular and SQL Server. The customer proceeds to Scrum in the project in order to quickly gain experience in the new technology while keeping the implementation risk low through incremental software development. One challenge lies in the high expectations of end customers for early results.
Subject description
A first Minimal Viable Product (MVP) is implemented after 3 weeks and published on the Internet. The PTA provides a Scrum Master, which helps the team to learn from experience in short iterations. The product owner on the customer side is supported in defining user stories and the product backlog organization. Story maps and a suitable mapping in JIRA and Confluence help to make the progress transparent to the management.
