Project reorganization for web applications for the digitization of business processes

Brief description
The project comprises the digitization of business processes on behalf of third parties. Standard web applications should be available in the intranet and internet and business processes should be automated as far as possible. PTA supports the customer during the project reorganization to a scaled scrum process in order to successively implement the integration of the various business processes into an overall product.
Supplement
The project combines three previously independent projects into a scaled scrum process. For this purpose, the PTA provides a Scrum Master, which analyses the projects and restructures them to a scaled scrum process. The challenges are the consolidation and standardization of product backlogs, the coordination of sub-teams and the reorientation of stakeholder communication. In addition, PTA supports the customer in project risk analysis and technological architecture reviews, thus creating the necessary transparency for program management.
Subject description
The different products are developed with different technologies and frameworks depending on the project. A Camunda-based process engine is used for the automated business processes. For ETL processes, a JAVA-based framework developed by external service providers is used. Processes with standard Web forms are configured in a framework. This framework has also been created by an external service provider, is based on C# and uses Javascript. The project is implemented according to Scaled Scrum in order to coordinate the teams and ensure integration into an overall product.
