Project duration: 1 year

Brief description

Co-project management in IVD instrument development. As part of developing a new generation of diagnostic analysis devices for integrated serum workplaces, project management is carried out in subprojects for various analysis devices. PMM (project management methodology) is used in this case. In the course of subproject management, the budget & resource planning, time planning, requirement management, controlling and monitoring of the project sequence, risk management and Stakeholder management are assured. In addition, the quality-relevant project documentation is written and the strategic goals of the company are implemented in the individual projects.

In-vitro diagnostics (IVD) is a term for medical products used in medical laboratory studies on samples taken from the human body. These are investigated (diagnosed) outside the body (in vitro in Latin means "in glass"). Source: https://de.wikipedia.org/wiki/In-vitro-Diagnostikum
