Based on a reorganistion of a department and incorporation into an enterprise group, the cooperation of regulatory affairs and internal information providers becomes a business critical topic. In order to achieve admission deadlines, the complex activities need to be managed and made transparent to the whole department. Therefore PTA takes over the moderation and analysis of existing information to define the product specification for a respective software solution. Special attention is applied to incorporate the internal IT as well as to respect the applied way of activities.

Within an iterative approach, the project team of the customer is interviewed repeatedly and the exsiting processes are analysed and modelled. Based on these modells, the product specifications are abstracted. Frequent feedback loops, simplified modelling based on BMPN and the usage of PTA internal templates create a very high customer satisfaction. A focus point of the analysis is the incorporation of non-solution neutral requirements, as the customer has very often a quite selectiv understanding of how things should work out.
