Process optimization by means of automation

A customer in the chemicals sector is looking for a solution to optimize purchasing and order processing processes by means of automation. In the first step, a process analysis is carried out in the areas of procurement and order processing, and this is visualized using BPMN 2.0. In the second step, requirements are defined for the systems to be supported and the technical prerequisites are checked. Next, alternative solutions are developed for connecting (SAP OCI) and integrating the ERP system to e-procurement or e-commerce solutions.
