Process introduction in the metering point operation department

In detail, the following sub-areas result in this project: productive introduction of the new process for sending expansion meter readings for devices from third-party meter operators, productive introduction of the new process for the cancellation of meter readings and/or energy quantities, productive introduction of the new process for the adjustment of meter reading dates, determination of the need for adjustment in the existing malfunction process as well as review of the existing processes of inventory management and identification of the need for further adjustment. In addition, regular status meetings are held to coordinate the progress of the project. This is followed by handover to the customer's internal IT department and user training.
