Process consulting in product management at an energy trading company

Brief description
In this project, the processes are recorded on the basis of products with the aim of achieving a transparent representation of the sales processes at the end. PTA supports within the scope of a consulting assignment regarding the approach, the evaluation of already modeled processes with suggestions and best practices for the modeling convention, coaching during the process recording, presentation of Process Performance Indicators (PPI) and Key Performance Indicators (KPI) in the context of the process descriptions and further points.

BPMN 2.0 is used as the modeling notation. The approach is an agile one. The modeling tool is Bizagi.
Subject description
With the transparent and consistent process representation of the current status, it is possible to identify optimization needs and thus to carry out cross-departmental process optimization. Furthermore, process key figures can be defined, implemented and subsequently evaluated. The main goal is to create a basis for efficient product development in order to be able to react to the ever faster market changes with appropriate products.
