Process analysis and process modeling in a chemical industrial laboratory

The tasks in the application technology center are of a particular nature and cannot be mapped to standard procedures in most cases. This means that it is not possible to define test schemas because the activities in an order depend substantially on the customer’s requirements. The same applies for evaluating the results of the tests and creating test reports. Earlier attempts to map the laboratory processes to a standard system were unsuccessful.
