Process analysis and modeling of logistical processes
Project duration: 5 months
Brief description
During the planned implementation of a new settlement system, the Organization department is supported in designing the settlement processes. The focus is on functional analysis, modeling and documentation of logistical actual workflows.
Supplement
The logistical and settlement-relevant processes are recorded and documented based on the products, services and business fields of the company. Interviews with stakeholders in the relevant departments are used to gather and enter the required information. The workflow diagram is structured using a specified customer-side level model. Billing-relevant data is also saved in the models. The model is created using the Adonis business process management tool based on BPMN 2.0. The results are also verified in the form of a quality check with the process stakeholders. The process models for creation of settlement logic and implementation of a technical solution are subsequently used for invoice creation.

For this, there is also a holistic assessment of the value chain to identify and analyze the settlement-relevant process steps. The scans along the progress of the package delivery are an important factor here. Technical support is implemented in a downstream project.
