The ID cards used to date in tanker loading are to be replaced by new RFID cards. An application is to be developed to help the specialist division create these RFID cards.
Supplement
Developing an application that consists of a desktop application with WPF user interface and is implemented in C#. The application makes it possible to print and read out RFID cards. Here, the UID of the RFID card (Mifare Classic) is read out using the RFID reader integrated in the printer and it is linked to the vehicle in an SQL server database. An open source framework is used to read out the RFID card and the print support available in the .NET Framework is used to print the card. To connect existing functions that were developed in C++ (MFC), a 'managed wrapper' is created with the help of C++/CLI. This forms a bridge between the managed .NET world and the native C++ world. During the course of development, the use of SAP .NET Connector 3 to call up SAP RFC functions or to provide server functions is evaluated.
Subject description
The application assists the specialist division with the printing of RFID cards with vehicle and owner information. Individual cards or a whole stack of cards can be created. This makes it possible to create all the cards for a specific vehicle owner in advance.
