PMO support in the project initiation phase of a group-wide transformation project

As part of the support in the initiation phase of a Group-wide transformation project, strategic personnel and project planning as well as controlling and financing aspects are developed, refined and implemented in addition to coordinating the specialist project team members and setting up project structures. In addition to coordinating the content, this information must be prepared for both the internal project kickoff and the official Group-wide kickoff, as well as at a more detailed level for the relevant steering committee to coordinate the medium- and long-term project goals and the measures planned to achieve them.
