PMO for a project for implementing regulatory requirements in the gas business
Project duration: 4 months
Brief description
As a gas market participant, the customer is directly affected by regulatory changes resulting from the KoV (Gas Cooperation Agreement). Implementing the current KoV VII also involves changes to the customer's processes and systems. PTA supports the project in the form of a PMO (project management office). This includes support and consulting for the project manager during planning and controlling of project activities and team members, and during communication with service providers. The customer's IT landscape uses a "best of breed" approach and consists of various systems from different manufacturers, which are affected by the changes to varying degrees.
Supplement
The Gas Cooperation Agreement (KoV) obliges contractual partners to cooperate in order to comply with statutory principles (GaBi Gas 2.0). PTA's tasks, in detail, consist of consulting support for: escalation, risk and quality management; creating decision templates and mediating in decision-making; coordinating open tasks; and reviewing requirements and documents.
