Permit management for outside company employees

The permit is an important document that proves that an outside company employee has received the necessary instructions and briefing. The permit is also part of the authorization to enter the plant premises and specific operating areas. The permits for outside company employees were previously in paper form; these are now to be recorded, processed and evaluated electronically. The application shall also control access by an outside company employee to the plant premises. Electronic recording and storage shall better fulfill the requirements of the quality assurance systems and the burden of proof to be presented to the employer's liability insurance associations.
