Patent Portfolio Valuation (Document AddOn zu 3928, PCM, PPR Documents)

Brief description
Extension of the Patent Portfolio Valuation (PPV) application by the functions Patent Coordination Meeting (PCM) and Patent Portfolio Review (PPR), for automatic document generation. From the already existing patents in the PPV, individual patents with various specifications (e.g. patent number, title, etc.) can be combined into a PCM or PPR and created as a Word document.
Supplement
Word documents are created without Microsoft Office, but completely based on OpenXML. A table of contents is also created and any existing images are inserted into the document.
Subject description
The patent attorneys hold regular meetings for selected patents to discuss their use and application. For this purpose, the PCM document is used as a basis for discussion. The result of a meeting is recorded in a PCM document and imported back into the PPV application. The PPR document is used for the regular review of patents previously discussed in the PCM.
