Brief description
In this project, PTA conducts statistical analysis of the calibration material to optimize costs without significantly compromising quality and production processes. This leads to improved user instructions and the implementation of additional calculations to simplify the calibration process.
Supplement
Over the past three years, production data has been recorded. The conducted analysis included an examination of error propagation, taking into account the calibration process, including human errors such as pipetting, as well as production fluctuations.
Subject description
The instrument is used for monitoring cell health in bioreactors used in pharmaceutical production. Healthy cells are essential for producing the pharmaceutical active ingredient. The device enables users to precisely control nutrient supply and temperature, ensuring optimal cell growth and thereby achieving the maximum yield of the active ingredient.
