Operational Project Management Smart Metering Introduction

The project exists in a complex environment consisting of a series of hardware components, data collectors and sensors, the establishment of business processes for the collection of requirements for the plant in the field, installation of the necessary hardware, establishment of data transmission and decoding, and visualization in a control center. PTA takes over the coordination and control of the initiation phase as well as the adaptation and implementation of the project plan according to the classic procedure model, if desired by the customer.
