Brief description
The customer is starting a project for the introduction of a smart metering infrastructure (hardware and software) for monitoring plants in the field of energy contracting. Due to delays, the initiation and project start phase is in the absence of the actual project manager. The PTA provides a short-term resource to take over the operative project management in order to enable and coordinate the timely project start.
Supplement
The project exists in a complex environment consisting of a series of hardware components, data collectors and sensors, the establishment of business processes for the collection of requirements for the plant in the field, installation of the necessary hardware, establishment of data transmission and decoding, and visualization in a control center. PTA takes over the coordination and control of the initiation phase as well as the adaptation and implementation of the project plan according to the classic procedure model, if desired by the customer.
Subject description
The product is used for remote monitoring of heat and power generation plants. The data of different sensors at the plant are to be collected, bundled, transmitted, evaluated and visualized for the purpose of operational monitoring.
