Brief description

The customer uses various channels for marketing and customer care. Key performance indicators based on data from Salesforce are to be used to assess the use and success of these channels. In the project, PTA supports the extraction and preparation of the data as well as the selection of the tools to be used.

A number of tools were reviewed to identify data from Salesforce, including SOQL, Saleforce Inspector, SQLite and Google Datawarehouse, Data Loader, Pulse Platform, Mule Soft, Big Query Data Transfer Service, Big Query data flow ETL. With the help of Saleforce Inspector, the data analysis for the specialized tasks was specified and mapped in SQLite. The Goolge Data Warehouse is used as the target environment. For this purpose, Data Loader has been identified as the tool of choice.

Subject description

Marketing analysis focuses on the use of CRM portals and marketing tools by internal and external users. To track new customer contacts (leads) with precise requirements, data is analyzed according to a wide range of parameters. The frequency of use of CRM portals by geographical areas is just as interesting as the analysis of marketing measures (campaigns) offered via the CRM portals and the verification of their efficiency.
