New repair/exchange processing

Specially classified replacements parts, known as repair/exchange parts, make it technically and economically possible to repair parts in the event of defects and then resell them. If the customer takes part in the exchange procedure (by returning this type of part), the customer profits from price reductions. From an FI/CO perspective, the process and system settings were reorganized so that the normal price is paid initially, followed by a credit procedure if applicable.
