Events from the laboratory workflow are displayed in customizable dashboards. The connected laboratory middleware software and the laboratory equipment software serve as data sources. The software is not designed to support decisions relating to the treatment of patients.

Subject description
Routine medical laboratories are complex organizations in which a large number of analytical instruments and robots work together with carefully trained personnel. The objective is to report back the results of laboratory tests requested by physicians as promptly as possible so that the patient can be treated on the basis of current measured values. For the laboratory operator, this means that he must be continuously informed about how the laboratory's workflow is functioning in order to be able to react directly to possible delays or disruptions. The laboratory monitoring software supports him in this.
