Brief description
The customer offers a broad portfolio for the recording and billing of water and heat consumption. The existing metering and recording technology is updated using a new mobile field service application. The implementation of a new automated testing process is part of the scope of the agile project to create this new application.
Supplement
The requirements are specified and prioritized in collaboration with the business side and subsequently analysed, implemented, tested and documented. In addition to the business requirements, incidents and service requests serve as source for the backlog and are implemented using the same process. A migration process from the old to the new application is designed and used to review and optimize existing processes. The PTA supports the clients quality assurance by designing, implementing and maintaining automated test cases in collaboration with the business side to help reduce the manual testing workload.
